Dr. Mason Sokary graduated with honours from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto. He also received the Dental Alumni Certificate for recognition of significant involvement and contributions to extra-curricular activities with the Faculty of Dentistry. In addition to his membership to the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, he is licensed to practice dentistry in the United States and Egypt.
Mason was raised in Cairo, Egypt and Toronto and now loves living in Peterborough with his wife Jamie and daughter Samia. Mason is honored to serve the community of Peterborough as an owner of Kawartha Dental Clinic.
Dr. Mason Sokary is certified to provide conscious sedation for anxious patients by means of IV, Oral Sedation and Nitrous Oxide (laughing Gas). He is a certified Invisalign provider and was recognized as a preferred provider by Align Technology.
He is passionate about Esthetic Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, and Gum Grafting surgery procedures. He truly enjoys Family Dentistry and working with pediatric patients.
Mason loves fishing and is an active soccer & hockey enthusiast. He was able to cross one of his bucket-list by attending the Soccer World Cup 2014 in Brazil. He was a competitive martial arts fighter and was ranked #2 at the Canadian Nationals for Judo in 1993. He is still able to take pleasure in the sport by sponsoring local Judo competitors from the Peterborough area.
Above all, when not in the dental clinic, he cherishes the time he gets to spend with his family.
